I think I just realized my already existing “x’s” only cross over one horizontal thread instead of two. As I was beginning the corner I noticed when I crossed up 2 horizontal threads it didn’t match the “x’s” on either side… Do I continue the same way or start from the beginning? Maybe that’s why the border is looking off center

I just had a thought - maybe you can use the “thank you” card that you attach the needle to by punching holes vertically along the side 🤷🏻‍♀️ idk maybe it’s silly but it could work
