The Kallithea Kaleidoscope folk embroidery pattern is a vibrant and popular spot on the island of Rhodes where designs like this would have been stitched in the 19th century to ornament Greek homes. A simple pinwheel motif is worked in small blocks in alternating colors which creates a lively and energetic effect. Shown finished as a table square, it can also be finished as a cushion cover.
