Inspired by stylized leaf and geometric knot motifs found in traditional folk embroidery, this table mat is worked in two alternating colorways. The copper and gold band brings to mind autumnal leaves and the blue and green band represents the colors of a winter forest. Worked together, they symbolize the transition from fall to winter.
