Thanks! That particular hem is detailed in a book by Yvette Stanton: Frisian Whitework. It's a variation on a peahole hem. I like hemming, so I experiment a lot.
Made this a bit longer on one side to create a rectangle. Colors: 3777 (very dark terra cotta); 729 (old gold, medium); 413 (pewter gray, dark). On Legacy Sotema 30-count linen, Swan Feather color. Hem was a modified/simplified (I call it "lacy") pea hole hem.
