I finished this kit a little while ago. I loved the BitKit format as a relaxing change from larger pieces I’ve been working on. And it’s so portable! I didn’t have trouble with the chart. Love the traditional groundcloth. This is a beautiful finish, inherited stitches!
That's all good feedback--thank you! I have switched out the paper I'm using for the BitKits because the shiny paper doesn't go through my folding machine and I discovered it's much easier to mark off on this less glossy paper so I'm considering switching to it for all of the patterns.
My two cents - I prefer charts on non-glossy paper as well. The glossy paper is hard to write on and it's difficult to erase. It also reflects light, which impacts readability. Please don't think of this as a complaint, just a preference.
Are you finding the chart hard to read because the 355 and 351 symbols are to similar? I just had a complaint about that on Etsy and would appreciate your input😊
No but maybe in the key have the box color next to the thread number or turn it into a non-color chart with symbols, instead? I do find it difficult to mark off completed stitches on color charts.
